I have always had a problem with education, not with learning itself, but with the way education often makes people smaller than they actually are. It tells people to wait, to follow a fixed path, and to believe that their ideas are too early, too small, or too unrealistic. I have seen so many students carry real ambition inside them, but with no place to put it. No people around them who understand it. No structure that helps them build it. That is one of the biggest reasons I started IBBE. I did not want to create something that only talks about change. I wanted to build something that gives students the resources, accountability, training, and real-world direction to do what they always wanted to do.
I have always believed that with the right people, you can do a lot more than you ever imagined. One thought from Steve Jobs has always stayed with me: “Good teammates challenge each other.” Finding the right people has been one of the hardest parts of building anything meaningful. People who care deeply. People who do not just agree with you, but push you to become better. People who can sit with an idea when it is still messy and help turn it into something real. That is what I always wanted IBBE to become, not just another company, but a community of like-minded people who help each other grow, help our country grow, and help students build whatever they once thought was impossible for them.
